Vectura 2009

Vectura is a consulting company specializing in motion planning and transport infrastructure. At the turn of the year, the newly formed company took over the operations of the Swedish Rail Administration Consulting Services and the Swedish Road Administration Consulting Services. Vectura has offices throughout Sweden and in Copenhagen , and has a turnover of 1 billion Swedish Crowns.

The fact that Vectura can now bring together road and rail transport, and increase the interaction between them, makes conditions better than ever. Vectura is using its unique position to create the infrastructure of tomorrow.

In connection with the start of the new company, Vectura went on a 6 week tour of Sweden with an Expomobil 60. The purpose of the road show was to inform customers about the merger and to consolidate customer relations. While on tour, Vectura also took the opportunity to disseminate information about the new company amongst employees and to carry out training sessions.

“We thought it was a fun and different way to reach our customers, instead of inviting them to our nearest office. There was also a point to be made: We create motion and had a mobile meeting place.”
