Blåkläder (Blue overalls) 2008

Together with Procurator, Blåkläder packed a 30 m2 Expomobil with work clothes, shoes and protective gear and toured Sweden during the spring of 2008 to give building workers the chance to try out the companies’ new work clothes. The Expomobil was parked on Skanska’s building sites and the goal was to help as many building workers as possible find the size that fitted best, thus optimizing the clothes’ functionality and protection. Almost 1 300 workers tried on different items and of these almost 50% changed to another size!

“When planning a comprehensive “try-out” campaign of Blåkälder at different Skanska building sites we chose to work with Expomobil. With the help of their extensive experience, Expomobil gave us a well-planned road show. We chose to hire a 30 m2 trailer which suited us perfectly. We displayed work clothes and protective shoes and helped building workers find the right size. To reach all of them, travelling with the collection to the customer was absolutely the best way to go".
